The World
A fractured world, shaped by old power
The roads are dangerous. The old settlements hold their ground through ritual, blade, or blood. Three distinct groups carve out survival in a world that does not forgive carelessness — and every alliance has a price.
Vampires
Old blood. Ancient claims. They move through politics and shadow, holding power that predates the current order. Trust is earned slowly — and never fully.
Witches
Ritual practitioners and keepers of buried knowledge. Some seek to stabilise the world — others are willing to crack it open to see what bleeds out.
Humanoids
Adaptable. Numerous. Underestimated. They lack supernatural gifts but make up for it with resolve, ingenuity, and an uncomfortable willingness to make deals.
